Buffalo Senior Expo Returns April 22 – 30+ Exhibitors, Special Presentations & Free Coffee
The Buffalo Senior Expo is returning as an annual community event designed to bring together older adults, caregivers, families, and trusted local resources — all under one roof.
Join us on Wednesday, April 22 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Buffalo Civic Center, 1306 County Road 134, Buffalo, MN. This event is free and open to the public.
This year’s Buffalo Senior Expo will feature more than 30 senior-focused organizations and local businesses offering information and services related to:
• Senior living options
• In-home care
• Medicare and insurance guidance
• Estate planning and legal services
• Health and wellness programs
• Volunteer opportunities
• Community resources
The goal is simple: make it easier for families to ask questions, gather information, and build relationships with professionals serving Wright County.
Complimentary coffee will be available throughout the morning to create a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere for conversation and connection.
Special Presentations
In addition to exhibitor tables, the morning will include two featured presentations:
9:15 AM – Preview of the New Buffalo Area Community Center
Adam Leiferman will share a photo-rich preview of the brand-new facility coming to Buffalo, including expanded spaces, upgraded amenities, and new programming opportunities for the community.
10:15 AM – How Volunteering Changes Lives – A Community Conversation
Presented by AmeriCorps Seniors RSVP, this session will explore flexible volunteer opportunities in Sherburne and Wright Counties and how staying engaged strengthens both individuals and the community.
A Community Coming Together
“This event has become an annual opportunity for our community to come together around something that truly matters — supporting older adults and their families,” said Courtney Lotzer, Founder of Heartland Senior Expos.
“Seeing more than 30 organizations step forward to serve the Buffalo community is incredibly meaningful to me. It’s genuinely heartwarming to watch local businesses, nonprofits, and service providers collaborate in a way that directly strengthens the lives of older adults.”
“When people walk through the doors, they’re not just collecting information — they’re building relationships, asking important questions, and discovering resources that can make a real difference. That’s why this event exists.”
